In-Shop Services
Below is a list of most of our in-shop services and their pricing. Other services are available, if you have any questions, or would like to arrange for your computer to be picked up at a very reasonable fee, please give us a call at (919) 833-8588, or e-mail us. None of the above services include parts, software, or operating systems in the pricing.
*Drive must be operational. Unfortunately we do not offer data recovery services. If your data is lost, we will let you know ahead of time. There are services that can recover data from a failed hard drive, and we hope to offer this service soon.
**This service backs up Data files from the drive such as documents and saved files, unfortunately most programs (such as Office and Games) need to be installed from their original CD's to work properly. If customer supplies CD's, programs will be reinstalled at no additional charge.
On-Site Services
Is your computer giving you that blue screen feeling? Does it have a virus? Maybe you would like to upgrade your current version of Windows. Want to install that new modem or sound card and don't know how? Interested in networking your computers? Cyber Sun Designs can help you.
Those are the few of the many services we offer on-site. We can come out to your home or office and diagnose what the problem is and in most cases solve your problem right there. Usually if we have to open up the case to diagnose hardware, we will take the computer in-shop at no extra charge.
On-Site Service Fees:
$50 Trip Charge includes the first hour. $35 for each additional hour.
